Our 50 employees offer expert assistance, from initial product specification and budget planning to delivery, designers, customer service specialists, experienced installers and service personnel. Our sales representatives are among the most experienced, well-trained and responsive in the industry. From our new state of the art location, Parron Hall operates its own fleet of trucks, receiving, warehouse, installation and service facilities. SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Jim and Victoria

Jim Herr has been President and owner of Parron Hall since the late 1980's. His family's history in the industry dates back to the nineteenth century to the Amish country of Pennsylvania.

He joined Parron Hall out of college in 1978, having graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a degree in Finance. In 1988, his father, then President of the company, retired giving him controlling interest in the business.

He has successfully steered the company through three recessions, growing the company from $7 million to a record $32.6 million in sales in 2009 and was once again recognized as one of San Diego’s largest privately owned companies by the San Diego Business Journal.

Victoria Needham graduated Cum Laude from University of California San Diego in 1984 with a degree in Economics. She joined Parron Hall in 1986 as a member of the Accounting Department. She became part of the management team in 1988 and assumed the role of Vice President of the company in 1990.
