Parron Hall represents four key vendors Knoll, Kimball, National and Hon, that offer access to significant pricing advantages through national and local purchasing forums to include US Communities, National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (National IPA), The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN), under which professional purchasing agents can often bypass the cumbersome bid process simply and cost effectively achieving streamlined solutions that meet their needs.

US COMMUNITIES - KNOLL

U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance, a division of U.S. Communities Public Services Alliance, is jointly sponsored by the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO), the National Association of Counties (NACo), the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP), the National League of Cities (NLC), and the United States Conference of Mayors (USCM). U.S. Communities’ contracts pool the purchasing power of over 87,000 public agencies and are competitively solicited by a lead public jurisdiction in accordance with their public purchasing rules and regulations.

Under the National Government Purchasing Alliance Contract with Knoll, RQ 01411331316C, all Knoll products are available at contracted pricing.

NATIONAL IPA AND SAN DIEGO COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION - KIMBALL & NATIONAL

All Kimball and National products are available under the National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (National IPA) master agreement effective through 3/31/2010. Held by a Principal Procurement Agency, agreements are publicly solicited and awarded through a Request for Proposal process. Through a collaborative effort of public agencies across the United States, leveraged group volume has translated into significant reductions in procurement costs. National IPA serves as a nationwide channel offering the awarded agreements to public and nonprofit agencies and is open to any agency that exists for the public benefit.

TCPN - HON

The primary role of The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN) is to obtain high quality products and services at highly competitive pricing to ensure proper use of public monies. TCPN contracts are awarded based on competitive, sealed proposals or competitive sealed bids. Responses are opened publicly and evaluated based on stringent criteria by the TCPN Evaluation Committees. As a vendor awarded a TCPN contract, all Hon products are available under the contracted terms.
