Parron Hall Construct - Project Administrator
Parron Hall is currently seeking a Production Designer for our fast-paced DIRTT interior construction team in sunny San Diego or remote.

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing pre-fab construction projects from the proposal stage through invoicing and coordinating to ensure that all administrative aspects of a project are flawlessly executed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities –
Oversee projects from proposal to completion to ensure that the highest quality and most profitable end result is obtained by coordinating administrative aspects of a pre-fab construction team project
Enter pre-fab construction opportunities into Smartsheets and keep updated with accurate information for all projects and opportunities
Prepare Project Cost forms from team and generate presentations and proposals for clients
Keep track of costing and profit margins for each project
Assist Project Managers in gathering labor quotes and other site information
Assist Project Managers with gathering and verifying required order entry documents
Create, place and track purchase orders
Verify vendor acknowledgements against purchase orders
Resolve and correct any pricing, ship to, fee or product discrepancies with vendors
Generate delivery tickets for installers and track shipments
Assist Project Managers in the scheduling product delivery and installation
Obtain proof of delivery for product shipments and project completion certificates from clients
Address unresolved installation issues in a timely manner
Assist Project Managers with deficiency forms and filing claims, billable and non-billable
Organize and file all necessary documentation in project folder
Review backlog throughout the week to determine any necessary follow-up
Interact closely with manufacturers, installers and customers as needed
Organize team meetings for kick offs, design reviews, pre-order entry meeting and record all action steps
Assist in maintaining the Showroom- ordering samples and keeping sample library up to date as well as storage area inventory
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Ideally 2+ years of experience working on a construction related team
